Classic Breakfast spot, ample seating with attached bar. All the classic breakfast items at a somewhat expensive price. Good spot for kids with a full children’s menu, toys and a huge fish tank with lots of goldfish. Had they eggs benny, they were decent. Close to pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants and bank. Lots of parking. Clean environment and very friendly, helpful and fast service. 3 stars as it was not anything special for the price.

I LOVE THEIR CINNAMON SWIRL PANCAKESSSSS!! I can only ever eat one because they're like dessert for me but I've never had troubles with the staff accommodating that for me. I enjoy the quick service and the delicious food. Usually pretty quiet at night time which makes it a great place to take a toddler who has found his voice but hasn't distinguished inside and outside voices 😉

I first went to Smitty's in Parksville and didn't like the quality of the food, but perhaps they've improved because this location is very good. I like the food here and the servers are all friendly and there when you need 'em. I now recommend this location.
