Been there once after the old chef left for another Chinese restaurant . and the new chef who actually runs the place is incompetent at the best . Everything is taste less for a guy loves spicy food. and cash only? come on, is that even legal in BC ? I don't know about that . but I ain't gonna go back.

It seemed like a great spot when I drove past in the evening. I made a mental note to have lunch there the next day. I was quite disappointed to see the 'cash only' note on the door. It is challenging to accept that concept at a supposed legitimate business?

Wow amazing food! And great customer service. I was very impressed by how quickly the waitress attended to everyone. Was able to enjoy a good sit down lunch during my lunch break! Would recommend :)

I arrived at 8:10pm. I was informed they closed at 9pm. The moment I sat down, they rushed us out the door. They brought our food out at different times. They brought us the check WITH our food never ONCE asking us how our meal was. Here's the kicker... THEY TURNED THE MUSIC OFF! As we started to eat. I could not believe it. NEVER have I EVER been treated so poorly in a restaurant. So after turning off the music, they came to our table and asked us to pay before we had even taken 2 bites. So we did, AND THEY DIDN'T BRING THE CHANGE!?!? Just helped them self to a tip I guess. My date had to get up, ask for her change and a side of hot sauce because they NEVER served our table aside from giving us our food. Well, I got a tip for you Ting Shang. Your food SUCKS. This is below average Chinese take away food. Seafood sweet and sour soup? Ya, pre cooked bagged shrimp is not the definition of Seafood... Truly a shame since when you first opened your food was fantastic. Avoid this place at all costs because this is unnacceptable. I'm a cook and I understand the want to go home early, but me and my date did NOT deserve that kind of treatment. She even tipped $2 which was far more than this greedy, run down, dive of a restaurant deserves. Simply appalling. Quick side note, our first server was very kind and polite. However, the lady (I'm assuming manager) that took over was the rudest person I have ever met.
