I was in the bistro on Saturday and it was busy and the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary needs. I had the best sandwich and soup there I have had in years. They have a ray of assorted goodies to chose from even with my dietary needs. I brought in kids - picky eaters and they all loved their food and so I recommend going here anytime you can. I wish they had a website to order take out deliveries to be shipped to my home. Next time I am in Ladysmith I will be coming for breakfast/lunch!! thank you again!

Food is fresh and well prepared. Service is friendly without being in your face, decor is relaxing and tastefully done. Prices are very competitive; breakfast is less expensive here than at major fast food outlets. Highly recommend the Wild Poppy Bistro!

Delicious food, and all gluten free. Friendly, helpful staff. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back!

I feel so lucky to have this restaurant in our town. As a celiac I can feel safe eating there because it is wheat and peanut free. But don't let that scare you, they have amazing salads, quiches, breakfasts, soups and baked goods!
