Not the fastest McDonald's, but food was hot and fresh. one inconvenient thing at this location that I've never seen at any other McDonald's is they keep the washroom locked. this is a real nuisance because the only person working the front counter has a lineup of customers. for this reason I will make sure I avoid this location in future.

Lots of scary street people. If you want a cheap thrill. Your business. Try the drive thru.

Love it so very much but, the eats seem to have fallen off. I am not sure about who or what to hold responsible for the degradation and does it really matter? It is what it is; my favorite fast food franchise of all time is nothing of its former self. Maybe sending correspondence to an over seer at a head office could provoke a return to form of past glory days? If anyone knows just how to go about affecting and promoting this restaurant's resurgence, pretty please, do let me know!

This is a nice place for fast food. The good thing is you can have food here late night as well. I think they are open till 12 midnight or till 2 am. 12 midnight is for sure and that is drive thru.

Today I went to this McDonald's and ordered a breakfast meal that came with a coffee. I then saw a sign that said seniors 55 and over get a 20% discount on any size coffee. I paid at the cash and asked for this discount and was told only on small coffees, which I corrected them by showing their own sign. I then was supposed to have paid for my meal with this discount. After rechecking the numbers I realized that the person at the cash lied to me and didn't give me any discount. I paid the original price. I immediately brought it to the attention of the person in charge who passed it of as the employee not knowing her job. He then told me that because it was a meal I can't get the discount. This was a dishonest employee that lies to customers and makes them think they are receiving a discount but paying full price for their order. What does this say for McDonald's as a company? This was in Duncan off the highway, not in Nanaimo as posted.
