This restaurant is by far the worst in Canada. It’s always filthy dirty. The bathrooms stink so bad that you can’t eat in the restaurant. Food is always cold. They don’t offer coupons at the cash register like most McDonald’s. They don’t even mail coupons. There’s always cold, old fries in with the warm warm ones as they never clean off the edge of the fry bin.

Very slow service! Was way better before they put those stupid machines in.

Horrible service every time I go in there. Food is never fresh, yet it takes 20 minutes to get a mcdouble. The staff is not friendly (with maybe three exceptions) and half the time doesn't even greet me what so ever. One time I went in there to get some food, waited to order for probably 5-10 minutes (was not busy at all) and finally the guy that takes my order says "what do you want" in the snarkiest tone possible and a not so friendly look on his face. I suggest if you're going to eat out, go to a&w. All around better food and service!

new system put in place for ordering and managing Food orders has slowed wait times way down. Kinda friendly. 50-50. Untrained. Not much care put into food prep and slow service and more than bareable mistakes made with numerous orders over time. Last year has downgraded. 4 to 3 stars. Now
