Wow, I don’t understand the negative reviews! The staff are super smiley and even the cook came out to help me decide on my order. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy and chicken awesomely cooked (and I’m extremely picky with my chicken). The restaurant was crazy busy (to the door) but the whole team was helping each other out to get through the lineup quickly and still with a smile. Totally impressed for a fast food joint that I rarely go to!

Terrible service. Four people I the back and I watched a man wait for over 3 minutes before someone took his order. Chicken pieces are very small and so dried out they were almost inedible. Avoid stopping at this KFC. There is a terrific sushi place next door.

It's where I get fast food... What more can I say.

Good value for a quick meal.

I've been here four times this year. Three out of the four times, there was no chicken on the bone left. Every single time I go, the service is awful. The employees make you feel like trash for trying to make your order exactly how you want it. 0/10 would not recommend. Lee's chicken is half an hour away from here, and let me tell you, it's worth the drive.
