Visited yesterday, placed simple order-10 pce bucket, with as many drumsticks as poss. Obviously order-taker and myself were not talking same language. All I wanted was extra-crispy reg chicken-well they were OUT!!! : ) Also requested 2 fries, 2 gravies, got 1 of each instead and 3 salads and an order of BREAD!!! Window girl very pleasant, but maybe brush up on English please? And this is NOT a racist post, BTW!!!

They never get it right. My chicken has been cold 2 times now And the employees act like the sauces come out of their salary

Crappy service, no smiles. The guy that served me was rude to other customers, doesn't like his job and it shows. When I asked him a question about the price on the receipt he talked to me like I was stupid and a pain to have to deal with, and I was being extremely patient and I was trying to give him a chance to redeem himself and the restaurant. The food was good tho, same as every other KFC food I've had elsewhere.

2 minutes after we placed the order the chicken was done. I was skeptical wondering how long the chicken was sitting in the warming rack with our order out so quick. But no! It was wonderfully crisp and juicy. It was such a treat to have it perfectly cooked and fresh as we pick up fried chicken so rarely.

Would give negative 1 star if possible last 2 time at this place the food was un-eatable the chicken sandwich on both occasions was way over cooked, dry and hard as rock. the second time I took it back the next day and got my money back. will never eat at KFC again.
