Ordered through Skip the dishes, who delivered the food fast and hot. My problem was with my order. I had ordered Teriyaki thick burger, and a Mushroom thick burger. Upon receiving my food I opened the Mushroom burger and the contents of the burger consisted of bun, mushrooms, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. There was no 1/3 pound thick patty. How do you forget to put the burger on an order? So I have to admit I was pretty pissed. I called the store and spoke to the Manager. He said he would remake my burger, and call me when it was ready to pick up. I tried to remain civil as I explained the whole idea of delivery was so that I didn't have to leave the house to begin with and that I was not about to drive down there so they could fix the mistake that they had created to begin with. The Manager then stated I should contact Skip the dishes to correct the mistake. Again I tried very hard to remain calm as I explained this wasn't their problem to begin with. It felt like pulling teeth to get any kind of compensation from them and pretty much had to demand that my entire order be credited so my next time I go into Carl's JR, I can get the order I paid for. I also recommended that maybe they shouldn't use a valued service like Skip the dishes if they can't remember to put the meat on a burger.

Pretty good burgers and some decent prices on the specials but everything else seems to have gone a little downhill since first opening. Service is slower and the restaurant isn't kept as tidy compared to a couple of years ago. They apparently no longer offer grilled sourdough buns (I used to get all my burgers on them). Overall still a good choice for fast food burgers.

Food was not worth the price. The attitude of the cashier was worse. Absolutely miserable...not smile...please or thank you. I will not waste my money here again

Cashier was grumpy.. not welcoming whatsoever and didnt understand anything I was saying, glared at us until we ordered.. and then got my order wrong. The drinks were watery, ketchup all over the counter, food on the tables and floors, bathrooms dirty and dusty, food is sloppy. Last time I'll come here. 👎
