the counter staff is always nice when i go in. they are always quick to get my "food" ready. they even bring the food out to you at your seat if you don't stand at the counter waiting for it. and the "food" is about as good as you can expect from a fast-food joint. 4 stars so far. . . . But then in comes the owners. They are cheap, i mean scrooge McDuck cheap. if the owners are in, the quantity of the food drops ( less fries for instance ) and you can feel the tension behind the counter ( and see it on those poor kids faces ). their ALL kids, so they aren't as experienced, efficient workers yet, but then you stack on the stress they are clearly feeling around Mr and Ms scrooge, and you have a recipe for mistakes. If you can just dodge the Flintstones that own the place and get there when its just the kids, you will likely have a 4 star experience (5 stars if you adjust your math for the fact they are all kids at their first jobs ), otherwise you can hardly count on 1 star.

I have a toddler and an almost 1 year old. Sometimes my toddler is grumpy when I come in, but I am always well taken care of here. This is my favourite stop between Nelson and Kelowna.

We drive thru right past this place and have even got to know a few servers. They at least will try to give you your monies worth but if any of the owners are on shift they are forced to cheap out big time or risk losing their job. I was in there the other day and the little old lady owner served me 2 medium blillards for that it was 12.60 and she never even filled up the blizzards about 1 and 1/2 inches from the top and the merry berry cheesecake blizzard was still white vanilla after she added her 1/2 scoop of berries it did not look like anything Diary Queen has been showing on tv or like the so called fan food on the picture inside on the menu. Do not let this woman serve you or you will greatly disappointed and you will not get even half of your monies worth. I refuse to even go in there if she is working as I know I will lose it if she was to ever rip me off again. I would not believe how really cheap bitty she is come on now really you can buy 8 litres of Chapman real Ice Cream for $12.00 that is a he'll of a lot more than 2 - 3/4 full Rip off by Mrs. Cheapo be careful people do not let her serve you you will be really upset Sage Travels.

I walked into this establishment and it was pleasently clean, but it took 9 minutes for a small fry. I asked for a bbq wrap, and they gave me a different one. When the food finally came i became under the impression that the area has fallen into a famine, for my fry cup was half full, and my wrap if you can call it that was 90%sauce 9%cheese and 1%chicken i am utterly dissapointed and my day is ruined.

Clean fast friendly service. Food is always fresh, unlike another fast food joint in town that will not be named. Have never come away from the drive-thru with something wrong with my order, fingers crossed I never will.
