We used to enjoy it. Not anymore. Absolutely horrible service this weekend. The place has gone down hill majorly. I would rather drive 40 mins into the city for decent service and food. We were served raw pizza dough that was thrown together by the lovely manager, Amanda who told us she had sent the delivery driver home moments before because of how slow it was ...but yet they had run out of donair sauce? Not sure why you couldn't make more instead of sitting on the phone chatting to your friends if you're not busy. I tried to return our food and were told by Amanda she could not do it at that time due to being short on cash. I should have demanded my money back there and then if I had of known the rest of our weekend would be spent hounding Rayas for our money back . I was told to call the next day at 4pm when she returned for her shift... in writing. Guess what, they were closed and she never returned that evening...surprise! We still hadn't been returned our money. I called the following day and the story then changed to her not being able to return the money due to owner not being there to approve it as he was apparently out of town on a "hunting trip". How convenient.. I was then rudely hung up on by Amanda after arguing this had been promised to us 24 hours previous IN WRITING. When I finally spoke to the owner Kevin Woods over Facebook, he refused half of the money back due to my "personal choice of not wanting the garlic fingers without the donair sauce". You do not serve garlic fingers without it. Being an east coaster that's like pizza without any cheese on it. It's just gross. The point is we did not eat the food and returned it. He was petty, I'm also not sure what relevance it was for Amanda to tell me about her icbc accident and 4 kids when I returned my food...how that had anything to do with my raw pizza dough is questionable...he also was going to make us wait approximately 1 week to have our money returned due to this "hunting trip", until I demanded it back then. I hope you guys enjoy our $18 tip for food we never ate. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting way to do business ripping off members of your community. Worst experience ever.

Great service and yummy pizza! The extra large pizzas are ginormous, one slice takes up the whole dinner plate. Delivery time estimate was correct and the driver even brought treats for our dog. We will be ordering from here again.

Really good pizza! We like thin-crust and Rayas makes a very good one. They also offer an extra large size; it is indeed "extra large!" Always fresh and beautifully prepared. Even when it is busy, the staff are organized, accommodating, polite and friendly. Prompt service too. Keep up the good work, Rayas. 💕
