Wonderful food and amazing service. Our server Tracy-Lee was so friendly and attentive, and the service was very prompt. I wish I could have ordered half fries and half onion rings, but compared to the fantastic experience that’s quite literally small potatoes.

This is now my favourite burger place. And my boyfriend ranks this #1 burger in Victoria. We showed up and the place was packed. It's pretty tiny - so I'd recommend reservations. The manager showed up on her time off and had everything running so smoothly that we got seated after about 15 minutes. The food was fantastic, the service excellent. I even ordered burgers to go to bring to my family and the manager personally helped pick out the complementary toppings. We will be going again and bringing a bunch of people with us.

Gross, greasy food... the veggie burger was terrible. My burger came out cold and the waitress was completely surprised that I’d actually want to send it back for a hot, even warm, burger! A waitress with curly black hair snatched a menu out of my 1.5 year olds hand... loud place. Wouldn’t ever go back. Ever. There’s no quality food... no local, organic, anything good. Their salads are overdressed and the rest of the food sits in a pile of grease.

Just ate there for the first time and it was amazing. Ive been meaning to go for so long and I'm kicking myself for now going sooner! It may have been the messiest burger ive ever had but definitely one of the best. Drinks were great and service was fantastic. The place was buzzing with people and the staff handled it amazingly well. Very impressed!

Second time here, the first time burger was undercooked, The next time the burger was perfect. Will definitely try again. Don't expect a budget minded meal at Chuck's. Had another burger, very good. After ordering expect at least 30 minutes before it is served. Tried the homemade onion rings this time, they are worth eating, similar style to A&W but better.
