Very nice staff, cozy place. Unfortunately for people like me who avoid sugar, virtually every dish, from plain rice to egg sushi, to most of the sauces, to tofu is actually soaking in liquid sugar. My wife and friends like it, and there are good size portions, but it is actually really unhealthy from that perspective. I felt ill from it both times I ate there. Sugar is a huge contributor to cancer. It's time to stop pretending, folks.

Went for a weekend lunch. Service was very friendly and attentive and food came out relatively quickly. We tried the karaage chicken, vegetable bento and beef bento and everything was delicious. Felt like we were back in Japan!

Best Japanese restaurant from here to the coast. Hands down. Everything made in house(no frozen ••••). If you go here, which you must, order the Maharoba roll.
