The first lady I spoke to and ordered through was pleasant. However after ordering I received a call back from them regarding my order. The call was from the women owner who, by far, has the worst customer service I have ever experience anywhere. When I called her out on her rudeness and unworthy customer service her response was “the owner doesn’t have to be nice to customers”. (I simply asked for sweet and sour sauce on the side) when told there was a charge for that I asked why? She said for the containers. SMH, Are you serious? Our order was $55! You offer delivery for a $3 fuel charge yet you can’t accommodate sauce on the side because of container costs? Money hungry, penny pinching, rude establishment. To top things off the food was below average. Extremely greasy. Based on her customer problem resolution competence or lack there of I wouldn’t be surprised if she spat in our food. As well they did not bring or offer any sort of napkins, utensils, chopsticks, and there was an additional charge for soya sauce. I will never order from there again. I also will not recommend this place to anyone. If anything I will tell everyone to avoid this place at all cost!

Portions at big. Not greasy. They actually put almonds on breaded almond chicken. If you eat in the portions are even bigger. It's mainly takeout so we usually have the restaurant to ourselves

I'm not sure where they learned to pack a Chinese food container. If I have several different items to bring home then most places would pack each item in a seperate container. But NOPE not these guys. INSTEAD they decided to mix every item in every container and I'm not talking about neatly organized. I'm talking about thrown in without a care in the world. Now as some people in our house do not care for chop Suey they have opted to not easy the ginger beef or the sweet and sour pork either because GUESS WHAT, they're covered in EVERYTHING ELSE. Unbelievable.

Soggy fried squid, bagged frozen peas and carrots with two tiny pieces of broccoli in “veggie” fried rice and no take out spoons for our soups, which we needed cause we’re on the road. To top it off, no fortune cookies $40 and left still craving Chinese :(

Good service and good food. Best Chinese food on the West Shore
