HORRIBLE. Dirty & Worst service ever! The rolls are decent tasting but loose and small. expensive compares to other restaurants that have larger rolls for the same price with better service and cleaner environment. Every time I have been here or ordered takeout the staff has proved themselves to be lazy and incompetent. I have never received my full order I'm always missing something. This last time I ordered takeout from here I got a yam roll and they used potato?!? have no idea what it was, definitely not yams... I told them about it and was given a free one next time, so I got one to take home went to eat it and the yam was hard was not cooked enough also discovered I was missing one of the rolls I ordered......again. It's nauseating how dirty the restaurant is you don't want to touch anything or sit anywhere, I didn't even use the soy sauce the bottle was too disgusting to pick up. The servers are horrible the tables are always dirty they don't even clean one for you. They don't bring you anything (water) even when asked politely. I went the entire duration of being there with no water (yes I asked for some) also asked a few times for chopsticks and napkins as well only to end up eating the rolls with my hands while the server hides behind till and plays on their phone. never got a napkin either, luckily I have baby wipes in my bag.

Been my favourite place to eat for years! Never been disappointed, plus great service. Try the golden roll!

This might have been the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Small rolls, sloppily presented. Rice seemed hard, avocado was mushy, fish portions small. The restaurant is tired looking as well. For the same price I’ve had far superior sushi in both Vancouver and Toronto. I will say the yam tempura was very good, so that’s why I gave this a two star rating and not just one.

Loved the service, lots of smiles and the food arrived fast. Was a great meal to warm myself and my partner on a cold, rainy day with hearty portions at a good price. Absolutely never grabbing fast food in Langford again when this is so much more pleasant and far more filling.

Great food but they need to clean the restaurant it is quite gross. Turns off your appetite if you stay to eat.
