This place use to have great service and staff were quick and efficient. Been in a few times in the past month and 8 times out of 10 there is a line up with 1 person running sandwiches who is obviously new and struggles to take orders and make sandwiches while 1 or 2 people sit in the back. I've even seen new staff ask for help and staff in the back wave him or her off. Don't care so much for the line up but rather the poor new employee who is clearly overwhelmed.

The bread was absolutely fantastic (I'm not one to tell a fib) when the worker handed me my sandwich our hands touched. He was a handsome fellow him name was curtis. Soft hands. This experience was truly a psychedelic steal.

The food was okay, but the people working were so rude. My friends and i went in around 8 and they were so upset for no reason. They didnt chop my 'chopped salad' and they were both really rude to us all. Customer service is a HUGE deal nowadays and this was not good customer service. Not going again.

My bud dobney said it was good so I had to try it, and it was simply scrumptious especially the worker who was there I'm pretty sure his name was Curtis or Chris or something but he was very helpful. W
