My daughter and I thought we would try Lure Restaurant for breakfast yesterday. Walked into the hotel - seemed to be 2 restaurant staff members chatting with 2 front desk workers. We stood at the entrance of the restaurant for a bit, no one approached us. Saw a sign that said to proceed to the hostess desk - which seemed to be located in the middle of the restaurant....so we did. No one at the hostess desk. There were about 3 tables in the restaurant and two servers - both of whom saw us, but neither approached us to seat us at a table. Waited a bit and no one served us. I work in a restaurant so I was patient at first, but then was frustrated with the lack of customer service....despite our being seen standing there. We decided to try elsewhere. On our way out of the restaurant, one of the staff members who had been chatting with the front desk staff walked by us on our way out and asked if he could help us. I advised him no, that we changed our mind. Won't be going back if that is the service expectation there. Ended up going to Aura at the Laurel Point. World of difference. The valet opened the hotel door for us, the front desk person wished us good morning, Aura had a hostess attending their hostess desk and she seated us promptly and our server and breakfast was fantastic.

Me and my partner had such a great experience here tonight! the food was amazing, drinks as well and the service above all was what made it a 5 star visit. I believe our waitresses name was Emma, she was absolutely lovely! If you get her as a waitress ask her for recommendations, they were all spot on. Thanks Emma! We will defiantly come back next time we are in town.

Great atmosphere, wonderful drink selection. Mediocre to terrible service, as the server brought my drink I went to ask for a full menu, she dropped drink turned on her heal and walked away. Unsure if I’ll be back due to its out of the way location.

Nice, friendly staff, awesome patio for drinks in the summer and lots of large tables for big groups. Decent food menu with a couple of vegan options too.

I went to this restaurant with 10 family members, several months ago. They all ordered hot meals and I ordered was a salad. JUST A SALAD! They - ALL! - had their meals before I did and in fact, the server seemed to have forgotten my meal, altogether. It was at least 10 minutes - AFTER! - everyone else was eating and had almost finished their dinner, that I - FINALLY! - received my salad. I was not impressed. This place also had the air conditioning on - FULL BLAST! It was a warm evening, but not so hot as to require air conditioning. Due to being aware of the outside temperature, which apparently this restaurant was not, I was wearing a short sleeved top and dress shorts. By the time we left, I was so cold that I could barely move! My body had almost completely seized up on me due to having arthritis and my asthma was quite aggravated. Yes, it has a "pretty" view, but the likelihood I would ever go back to a place with such poor service and having freezing cold air constantly blasting down on me?! NEVER!
