Haven’t been here for years, decided to try it out. Arrived at 5:30, was greeted and promptly told we had at least 1/2 hr wait. The whole place was maybe a third full. We asked to go to the bar section as it only had 3 of 10 booths occupied, and nobody seated at the bar. The hostess told us that they didn’t want the Kitchen to back up ! ... we watched at least 4 to 5 other couples get the same treatment ... they all left during the time we waited ... we questioned the hostess several times and were given the same responses ... we don’t want the kitchen to back up. Unbelievable, the place was less than a 1/3 full ... maybe that’s why .. they turn patrons away.

Great service. Food was good and quick. The menu isn't too expensive. I had the big sampler and it was delicious. It's the best way to sample most of their BBQ. I would definitely be back.

Absolutely best beef rib! Beautiful presentation of meals. Patio outside open now. Staff occasionally great. Most times two to three star rated ( by me).

I am going to add to the tire fire of reviews. Went to this place because I haven't been in a long time. Ordered the ribs and fajitas. The service was really slow waited over 30 minutes to get our food. By the time we got it the place was close to closing up. Long story short the chicken was salty and not too exciting, the ribs were really dry. For being all you can eat rib night I expected the quality to be better. The server that was serving us did a great job of trying to fix the situation. She managed to get the bill adjusted to our satisfaction and was apologizing throughout the night for the slow service. She even admitted making a mistake when entering the order which caused the delay. I felt that was really a stand up move. If you are reading this you know who you are. Get outta there. This place is way too bush league for you. You deserve better and Montana's doesn't deserve your loyalty I was upset and close to walking out before the food arrived but my hungry partner couldn't bear having to wait for food at some other place. I really have to hand it to the server for the way she handled everything. She didn't have a lot of power to adjust our bill but she kept going back to management telling them we were not happy. We didn't even get a courtesy apology from management which is pretty standard in the food service industry. If you are considering this place forget it, they can't even handle 2 simple orders on a slow night.

Poor management. Went on a Wednesday. They were understaffed. Food was cold when it finally got to our table. One of the worst experiences ever. Will not come back. Service and food sucked. Waitress messed up our orders, I didn’t make a big deal just wanted to get out of there. I can make way better ribs at home.
