Amazing services as always! The food is always super fast (15 minutes at most) and taste amazing. Their food is very cheap aswell. A big plus is also how many bottom less options they have, with almost every order it comes with bottom less fries. And one of my favourite items that they have is the freckled lemonade (the one in the picture) which is also bottom less.

Our server was excellent. He was very polite and friendly. We were extremely hungry and had to wait for a bit for our food as they were busy that night. Not RR'S fault. There was a mix up with our fries: we ordered yam fries but received regular fries. Our server gave us the fries for free and immediately asked the kitchen to rush yam fries to us. At the end of the night, the manager expressed their apology with giving us a discount. Not too many restaurants have this kind of service. My family and I have always have liked this particular location. Kudos to the staff and managers. You guys are great.

Love their burgers!!! the tavern burgers were perfect size for those who doesn't eat much but still want to have burger. If you want full burger, the prime chophouse is the best!!!

One of my favorite places to eat out as a fellow hospitality industry worker. I have been a server since I was sixteen (the adult servers ran my drinks when I lived in Alberta). So I believe I am extra picky about service and food quality and atmosphere. I have always had great service and ultra yummy food. I came here in a stressful day where I was dealing with a highly uncomfortable situation. My friend and I came here for comfort food and walked away very satisfied and a lot happier. I am eating the gooey cheese sticks today. They are amazing! Steffan has been my server both of my most recent visits. He is very friendly and accommodating. Great service with smiles 😊

Service was good but when there was an issue the manager was abrupt and condescending. I think she could use some tips from her servers on good customer service.
