Edit: I responded via email to the message below as requested 10 days ago with no response yet. Original: What’s worse than bad service is no service at all. After a reasonable 25 minute wait we were shown to our table. This is when we met our server. She dropped menus and water and walked away, never to be seen again. We waited for 20 minutes and were not checked with at all. It may have actually been longer than that but after approx five minutes with no service I started a timer, so we left at the 20 minute mark. When leaving we slowly walked out to see if the server would come back to her post to let her know what was going on, but alas she was busy cleaning tables so again no interaction. On the plus side we got more time with friends than we expected, a nice walk to another venue, and a good dinner elsewhere.

Been here a few times. Quality of the food and drink is inconsistent. This time my wife's salad had too much vinegar. My son's drink had almost no alcohol and had to be sent back. The replacement drink tasted completely different. We had to repeatedly ask for our waters and napkins. The food arrived before cutlery. Staff didn't seem so attentive to our table. Update November 2018: Ordered happy hour food to pick up. This time they said happy hour prices only apply if you dine in. This seems to be mentioned nowhere online :-(

Excellent vibe and food. Well managed. Also have the best non-alcoholic beer in the world (Becks blue)

Most of the time it feels like everything from the service to the food can be pretty hit n miss, but every so often they do a good job. Last time we waited for 25 minutes after being seated before we finally waved someone down and asked if we could be served since we have been sitting there a while and he replied with sure I will go get your server. Didn't apologize or offer to grab us drinks or anything. We still waited for another 15 mins after that since he stopped at all of his tables and punched in their orders and stuff first before finding our server for us.
