This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. We had the buffet (39$) and it was worth every penny. The staff made us feel so welcome and absolutely spoiled. I don't know that I've ever had better customer service anywhere else (ever); AND on a Saturday night no less. Thank you all for making our date night so awesome!

Great buffet. A little steep ($39/plate) but well worth it for a fancy night out. We loved their variety of dishes, especially the prime rib! Would definitely go again.

Service was excellent. That was the highlight. Food was horrible. Prime rib tougher than a well done steak. Bland, veggies barley cooked, Yorkshire not fluffy at all. For the price you could include some chives and bacon bits for the potato. Will not ever go back after dropping 200 bucks. I'd rather eat Mc donalds. And this was my meal. No one else at my table really enjoyed their food either. But after waiting over an hour for it we were a tad bit hungry. Used to be excellent..... what happened?

Driving thru, parked across the street at the Husky where there is truck parking and walked directly across the street to this restaurant. We thought this place would be ok but we were mistaken, we both had the pork schnitzel it was not very good ,you can buy pork cutlets with bread crumbs at the Superstore for a lot cheaper then 28$, everything we had was not good the spatzel side dish was salty, my baked potato wasn't hot or cooked right seemed to be microwaved, our starter Caesar salads cost 5$ for literally a handful of salad no bacon, the caramel desert was extremely sweet! Disappointed to pay 80$ just a pop and tea no drinks for our 2 meals, also this restaurant was very formal we felt weird going at 830pm in our work clothes but that didn't matter as we were the only customers in there. Somehow schnitzel doesn't seem right for a formal restaurant. It did not have a German feel at all, won't go back it was way over priced and not good!

Everything was overcooked and very bland. It was like a microwave dinner and givin the high prices it is very dissapointing. My gf and i both had stomach problems after. It is easy to say this is the worst food ive eaten in cranbrook. You can go anywhere else in town and spend that money for better food.
