We stumbled across Red Light Ramen during a recent trip through Nelson. The food was simply superb. With limited Ramen experience, I'm no expert, but it was clear to us that this place takes pride in it's food. The staff were great, they even made a special treat for our dog! We will be returning, and we've recommended it to anyone heading to Nelson!

First visit on a surprising busy Monday night, service was quick and friendly. The food was obviously fresh and very tasty. Would recommend if you're in town

The outside of the building is very striking from both sides. However the inside is very plain with an all black bar countertop and liquor shelves it was a bit off putting. The tables are in a long community style and the serving presentation was insta worthy. My ramen we're just okay I was a huge fan of the way they did the broth and my noodles weren't cooked quite right.

Very interesting! Went for my first time and was so surprised by the whole experience. Found it by accident, the outside and inside are completely different, relaxed customers, lovely waitress, unique menu, and BAMM the food was fast, hot and DELICIOUS. What a cool place

I liked it. Friends said 4 stars but I think 5 stars. Very good ramen. Been to Japan multiple times.
