zero customer service. customers are never greeted. staff seem to be inconvenienced by your order. work space is absolutely disgusting. food covers the floor. “allergy station” used for normal orders. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and watched half of the chicken hit the floor. despite being grilled my sandwich was chewy and cold. tip prompt on the debit is unnecessary, what am i tipping for? cold food, filthy space & no customer service. unfortunate that a place with normally good food is so unwelcoming

Wow. I never thought I would have enjoyed a salad as much. Awesome people and while even though you're a little pricey... You still deserve 5 stars.

I have been buying the same thing twice a week for 1 year and 2 days since we moved here. Today ordered the same as always with only 1 other person in the store. 20 mins later learnt that my order wasn't given to the girl making the food and then order was lost. Got my money back and left. No problem spending the money but need something in return. After 1 year of buying here I will never go back and will spend my money across the street instead

Love the salads, too bad the staff are rude little girls.

I recently became hooked on Chopped Leaf, the food is delicious and the price is average. I have no problem paying $9 for a salad. However, my issue occurs with the atmosphere and staff at this location. The music is so unbelievably loud that you can’t enjoy your meal or have a conversation with someone next to you. The music is NOT for the employees, it’s supposed to be background noise for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. There’s usually 6+ girls standing behind the counter, one of them will sometimes greet you out of the bunch standing around. As with other comments, I have to agree that they have such attitude and you can tell they want nothing to do with you... it’s almost like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering a meal. Also the tip prompt on the debit machine?!?!?! What am I tipping for???? There is no customer service or service for that matter. There’s not a tip option at McDonalds for people who do the same jobs as the girls here?!? If you’re unhappy with your job, find something else! Don’t give attitude to paying customers
