Almost every time I order for take out with customized extras they mess it up. It's always missing something in the order, and it's always stuff that you can't see until you get back home and realize none of the customized options were applied but they surely charged the money for. For example, I added additional 2 more patties on my burger, I sometime would get 1 extra, or none extra but charged that amount. There were only a handful of times they got it right. This happens way too many times (more than 5), I thought it's a honest mistake at first but it's getting out of hand and almost feel like they are doing this on purpose because it's a takeout, thus people won't come back for the order after getting home.

This place gets my order wrong time and time again I always ask for a grilled chicken wrap and they give it to me with Crispy Chicken very annoying as well if you don't ask for ketchup they won't give you it. The food didn't seem that fresh either.

I would like to say the customer service here is awful ! This overweight blond chick working the drive thru this morning might as well be a mute, as we approached the last window to pick up our food, she just hands the bag not a word spoken, did you ever hear of saying good morning or have a nice day to a customer, without our business you would be cashing in your food stamps, I guess providing basic customer service is tough when you were probably raised in a trailer park, anyway won't be going back there and learn to put a straw in a bag when someone orders a soft drink, as your job is pretty basic it's no surprise at your age your still working at McDonald's. ***Update on my experience with this McDonald's location from last night, I ordered two double cheeseburgers asking for them to be with mayo only, and sure enough the retarded staff they have screw up the order, they gave me two burgers with just a bun, cheese and mayo, how ridiculous is that, I was going to go back and complain to the manager but didn't want to waste my time, I will go the BURGER KING right down the street as they seem more capable of fulfilling an order, try to hire some staff with half a brain in the future***

Waited 20 minutes from the time I ordered at the kiosk. I could hear the supervisor yelling for McChicken and questioning why there were no McChickens ready at peak lunch hour. Maybe my expectations are too high and twenty minutes is the norm now for fast food? When I asked to provide feed back, I was told that I should go the the website on the receipt for a customer survey to provide my feedback.
