Had an Iced tea with my meal. It was far too sweet. I have never tasted it that sweet. Told the server, and he walked off with it before I could order anything else. Left me sipping a nearly empty water glass for the rest of my meal. No one even checked up on us until we finished our meal.

We got to sit by the fire pit, which I love. Browns is always too loud. It's a chain wide problem. It's hard to hear the people you're talking to over the music. Otherwise, food is great, and there are lots of options for special diets - including gluten free and low carb substitutions. Staff are very accommodating.

Service, service, service. The food was good, and good value. But, once in a while, you get great service and you think - "that was very good". And you don't think about it until a year later when you realize you haven't been treated that way since. We were a party of 12, always a challenge, but our server was outstanding. She was what made the difference. Thank you!

I went there this night, with a group of 8 people. The server we had was the worst server I ever had, which was fine. So once the bill came around, we were not notified about the tip. We were told that she tipped us once the machine was infront of us, which makes it uncomfortable to not tip. I felt like she was not letting us make our decision because she was staring right infront of us with the machine. So I said "hey _____ (her name), I didn't like the way you treated our group. I said this is the first time in the restaurant where someone didn't bring water to my table, and I was super thirsty. She wouldn't even look me in the eyes and pushed it off. She said in a pissed off mood, well if you didn't like the service then don't tip. I said I would still tip from the beginning, as a generous human being. All my friends were treated like dogs. Will never come back to this Brown's ever again . I felt for the first time no one cares for me. Super disappointing...

Good ambience, service was good, but the fries were cold, and even when I asked for fresh ones they came back somewhat warm. Have had better.
