I absolutely love her food. Very different Pad Thai than I've had anywhere else and I have a hard time ordering it anywhere but Sai's. I eat there often! I have had over half the menu. The yellow curry noodle and Spicy Basil noodle are awesome. The soups are beautiful. Massuman Curry is killer. It's all good.

May's food is always delicious. It's soul food at its very best! Thank you May and the Sai Spice Cafe family.

Yellow curry was a sweet, gummy ball of noodles with run-of-the-mill vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions). They warn there's a long wait, which I could accept if the food was delicious. They're in a small town, so big city exotic meals may be a lot to ask. Vegetarian spring rolls had beans, which was fine but an odd pairing with the sweet sauce. Fried tofu was good. The service was friendly, decor was freshly updated, clean restaurant.

Love the food. Different than typical North American thaii food. Really delicious and you can request very mild to "Call the Fire Department!" Good for vegans as well.
