I wish I could share a photo of what we were served last night. The quality was extremely poor. They were Soggy, undercooked, still doughy, and my pizza smelt like vomit. The jalapeno I pulled off was clearly bad. It was red and mushy and smelt horrible. Not the first time we've had issues. I'm allergic to onions and have previously stated on our order ABSOLUTELY NO ONION. And I get my pizza home to have to pull onion off of it. This is my health, I am HIGHLY allergic to them. The fact I stated that and still got onion on my pizza. Disgusting customer service skills. I have gotten an email stating they will send free coupons but at this point there's nothing that will make me put my health and potentially my LIFE at risk. Seriously disgusting dominos. We will no longer be shopping here again.

Great food and service. Favourite place to get pizza from. Although, I do wish there was a dining area.

We called yesterday (12-18-2017) at 11:35AM to place an order for our business's Christmas meeting. We requested 6 large pizzas and told the staff we needed them by 5:30PM. At 5:09PM we called the store to confirm that the order was on its way and would be ready at 5:30PM, the young lady who answered the phone had no idea we had an order placed and could not find it. The person in charge on duty told us the pizzas would be ready at 5:30PM. We arrive at the store at 5:32PM and the pizzas were not ready, The staff did not list us as the correct name that we called under and the staff seemed overall uninterested in working there. We finally received our pizza at around 5:43PM and then had to arrive late to our staff party. No comments on the quality of the pizza. We will not be using Dominos in Duncan for our future crew events.

Ordered pizza from this place many many times, sometimes a few hundred dollars worth of pizza for a business. Manager decides to hang up on us when we called to place an order, asked him about the sushi that shows up when you google Dominos Duncan BC, i guess working at a pizza place is wearing off on him a bit...lost our business for good. Lots of other places to get delivery from in town.
