Must have been an off day at abc. Only one staff serving the restaurant running around apologizing "I will be right there" while two other staff members were busy but not taking care of customers. Food was NOT that great. Toughest pieces of toast beef (cubes) I have ever been served. Will not be back. Too bad because this use to be a great restaurant and chain.

I had breakfast here a minute ago. Ordered steak and eggs. Toast and steak were obviously burnt but they brought it to me anyway. I was starving so I ate what I could. I try to avoid the big chains sometimes but I get disappointed like this sometimes. Not sure when the burnt steak taste will go away.

Came in for lunch today and we had a pulled pork sandwich and a beef dip. The pork was full of gristle and almost inedible, and the beef was super dry, with very little flavour. Service was decent, but the food was well below average. Go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed. The whole experience was topped off with seeing employees/management not wash their hands before leaving the bathroom.

The Food & The Service has improved substantially. Nice Home Style Restaurant! 😀

Waited at the front door to be seated for over 5 minutes. Watched 5 staff members look at me from the back of the restaurant but none came forward to seat us. Finally gave up and went to Whitespot where the service was excellent.
