I finally found a great place for dinner, appetizers and drinks. The beer battered wings that I ordered where amazing and the bison and pulled pork sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes and waffle fries was a great kick of savory flavor. I have to say with four people running the front of a restaurant of that size, I am impressed. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Definitely worth coming back to and trying other items on the menu with friends or family. Hats off to the chef and the staff. Amazing job.

Food was wrong and server told us to take the food off ourselves and switch it with the friends who had our other half of our food. Some pints were completely wrong. Service/food was extremely slow. Automatic 20%tip included in the bill. I'd expect that from a fancy restaurant, not a bar. After we were told if we wanted to continue to stay we had to pay an extra 5$/person because there was going to be a live band. Absolutely killed the night. The only upside: the food tasted good.

We come to Fernie throughout the year and have given the Northern numerous chances but every time we go they take 15-20 mins to noticed you or you need to flag them down, once you have ordered drinks if they haven’t forgotten about your drink order it still takes 30 plus mins to bring to your table with the wrong drinks. It always seems like there out of some items on their menu which is disappointing when you went there for that dish. Last night our food took 1.5 hours to come out and when it did it was cold. There are a lot of other great restaurants in Fernie that are worth spending your money at.

Beer was cold, that's really all I can say for the positive. Food was burnt, nachos never showed up and server was not overly keen to stop by and check on us. They comp'd our uneaten food and I don't think we will be back. At least not for food.
