We only had time for drinks before catching our ferry to Vancouver, and our server moved so fast to get our drinks and the bill, all with a cheerful smile. The restaurant setting is lovely as well! Warm yellow interior of a Victorian house that's been reborn as an upscale but cozy Greek restaurant. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

I recently went here with some girlfriend's for my birthday and had the best time. Everything from the food to the ambience was amazing. The food was delicious. We shared the appetizer platter then I had their seafood linguine. I was in heaven! Because it was my birthday the staff gave us all free shots and mine had whipped cream and a candle. So thoughtful, although it seems they do this for every birthday. The place was super busy (4 other birthdays AND a proposal!) so I highly recommend making a reservation or you may never get a table. Would recommend for either a date or a large party.

Been here a couple times and its my favorite geek restaurant. I tried moussaka here for the first time and loved it. Mmmm. The calamari were well done with great flavour, without being covered in batter. The desserts are great too. The atmosphere is also wonderful. The staff are friendly and warm. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Great food, and excellent service. Be aware that it does get busy here, so make sure to get a reservation. As well, if stairs aren't your thing you might be out of luck, as there's a flight of stairs to enter. As well parking is either on the street or in the small parking lot. I would highly recommend Asteras!

4.5 Star review ONLY because I don't agree with using Styrofoam take out boxes when there are much more earth friendly products out there. other than that the food is phenomenal, service is above average, cost is slightly high but it is more than worth it.
