We came here with high hopes based on good reviews and a brief look at the menu but were sadly disappointed. The kitchen could clearly not keep up with a busy weekday lunch demand for food so we were left waiting extra long and we were never once checked up on during that time despite how small the place is. When our order came, it was wrong, and after trying the food, honestly, nothing special. Chicken was all slightly burnt and very dry for both my dish and my husband's. The peanut sauce tasted like it was from a bottle. We wanted to like it but it was impossible with our experience here. We strongly felt like there are better, fresher options elsewhere.

I had the black N blue burger and the provided my special request for the lettuce to become spinach without a debate. Brew choices are premium. Place was packed within 15 minutes of our arrival. Cosy atmosphere. Ample serving portions. All together pleasing experience.

Service was poor at best. Some how they messed up our simple order. I got wings and prawn salad rolls. The rolls were devoid of flavour and didn't hold together. The wings were burnt to hell, the ranch dip was the only saving grace. I would not recommend this establishment.

Had a fantastic meal at Shift! Visiting my Boyfriend and we came here to eat, and what a great experience! The staff are all super nice, love the small but nice restaurant. And the food is awesome! The Shift Burger is perfect, also had the fried pickles which were super tasty too! Will definitely be coming back!

We were ignored for almost 10 minutes when we first walked in, no greeting or anything. The burger was dry, the cheesecake was dry, the food was generally incredibly average. Probably would not come back.
