Painfully slow service. One of four lunches was good quality; the fish and chips arrived cold and the battered fish was mostly batter and little fish. Expensive for what you get and a disappointing shift from what used to be a great dining experience.

Amazing food but pricey. I dont mind paying for food but when you order a steak dinner with lobster that runs you $50... it better come with more than a table spoon of lobster. They chince out on the lobster. Steak was very good though. I want MORE food for my money. Service was "decent" but not great.

Just visited the Boathouse English Bay yesterday, Easter Sunday, April 1 for my friend's Birthday, Food, View was awesome, made the reservation online... it was great to be able to make a reservation on a busy day to have no worries of getting a table. They even moved us to a window table as it was my friend's birthday and they had all been full at first! The food was Awesome ... Mixed Seafood Grill and the Bacon Cheddar Burger ... the Mocha Pie (or something like that name lol) was to die for !! not too sweet ... we had great service, laid back atmosphere and fantastic view !! loved it !!

Man.. so let down, what’s going on? (1). We had better cod tacos at Taco Time early that day, (2). The French fry portion was tremendously piddly and (3). they charged 15% tip on the total bill (including GST). Tip is only supposed to be charged on the food/beverage total. I’d rather spend my money at White Spot and get bottomless fries, or at Taco Time (where they know how to cook a tasty taco). Sorry, your team must try harder or you won’t survive.

The view is awesome. Try to grab the table upstairs by the window side. The food is great but pricey. We enjoyed the cod very much.
