If you want to try a wicked burger then you have to stop at the Bear's Den in Golden!! They had great service and really cool burgers. A lot of there burgers are outside the box. We will be stopping again on our way back through. I thought the burgers were well worth the price I paid! The service was also excellent!!

Fantastic food and service. We used to drive right through Golden without eating because our experiences have not been. This time we were too hungry to keep going. We are so thankful we stopped here. Amazing burgers!

Pretty good place. It’s great how they have a pretty diverse burger menu. I had the Bison burger which was stacked pretty well and it tasted good. They also have Elk, Wild Boar and beef burgers. It’s harder to good the leaner meats and I believe they did a pretty good job. Changed the fries to a poutine and it was delicious. Wife had the French onion soup which was scolding hot and had to wait about 10 mins to start slowly eating it. The only thing that was a little hard to swallow was the price. The price of the more obscure meats were really good but most beef burgers started at $20. Don’t get me wrong there is value in the meal as they don’t skimp but it is fairly expensive, as a family of 4 it’s over $80 to eat. Wish they had a few more economic choices. Would eat here again.

Great atmosphere, interesting and varied menu, good parking. Service was good even considering the place was busy, clearly a sign that other people also enjoy the restaurant.
