I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Went here for a late lunch this week towards the end of our ski day, the weather was nice so we were able to sit outside. They don't typically serve outside during the winter and you have to order from the bar, but given the time of day they made an exception and brought our food right to us! We literally sat at the cliffs edge eating a beautifully crafted meal with the most stunning view! The staff was super friendly, food was fantastic and prices were very reasonable considering the setting. Can't wait to come back! :)

I love this place, the scenery is great the restaurant is lovely and the food is always pretty decent. The service, however, gas severely fallen off. We sat for ten minutes at a not busy time before someone even noticed us (that someone was the manager, we waited another five minutes for our server to come) we proceed to order, Caesars and meal. Our meal came out within 10 minutes, great, but our drinks took another ten. The pacing and service is way off up there right now. Everything else is good but they need to take a look at this.

Was not expecting to eat here on my visit to Golden however it slid into one of the best nights I've had. Went in January and reservation was for 4:45 in order to see the mountain before dusk. Ensure to arrive to park, get tickets for the gondola & for the journey up the mountain for your reservation time. The gondola ride was nice and visitors to the restaurant are provided blankets (it was cold). Gorgeous interior. Excellent wine selection. Menu is simple and refined. Had the soup to start (it changes daily - it was the tomato bisque) and it was the best soup I've ever had. Apparently I was homesick so I had the steak and we had both desserts (the truffles! WOW!) Also indulged in some adult hot chocolates which was the best idea ever. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, attentive and sweet. The restaurant was clean, orderly and well maintained. The restrooms were well stocked and clean. Several large family groups arrived and they seemed to be well looked after just as a group of 2 were.

Breathtaking views, fun & friendly staff. Great deal if you get the gondola & lunch pass.
