A beautiful discovery off of the Rocky Mountaineer. On Tuesday evening, myself and my two sisters had a wonderful evening out on the patio. Our server, Jena, was absolutely fantastic and was extremely sweet and suggestive. The food exceeded our expectations given the outstanding reviews and we were anything but disappointed. Be sure to try the flourless chocolate cake, it is to die for!

Brownstone exceeded expectations. I’ve never taken so long to choose what to eat, the menu was amazing! We had a fantastic evening. The ambiance and service were fantastic but most of all the food was brilliant, a wide variety of thoughtfully put together dishes with generous size servings left us feeling very satisfied. I think we have found Kamloops best restaurant 🙂

Curried Cod, pumpkin & hazelnut soup, ...and for dessert - something really awesome that included a piece of home made cotton candy. Food well prepared and presented. Tastey and satisfying. Well worth the price! - Best Restaurant in Kamloops -

Gem of a find during Rocky Mountaineer stop, ambiance, informative service, fresh local sourced vegetarian choices. Homemade pasta fabulous sauce, but no room for the appealing desserts.

Went here with 6 other people. Most of our food was cold and disappointing. My gnocchi was chewy in a way it should not be. I have had better from a package and can make better gnocchi myself. I feel that is saying quite a lot. While I am not vegetarian I usually prefer meals not based around giant portions of meat. If that is your thing, you will like this place. Its typical Kamloops cowboy food. If you actually want to enjoy a quality meal that might actually have a fair amount vegetables in it, this is not your place.
