I've been sitting outside for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring me coffee. Sorry make that 11 minutes now. Order that the drive-thru they told us to park. Still hasn't come out. My husband went in and had to wait more time. So has my coffee been sitting there for 10 minutes or did they just not make it?

I love McDonalds, but I hate that you guys are charging an extra 40 cents for flavouring in the $1 Iced Coffee. That's probably a corporate decision, but I'm not happy.

Lied to saying “we don’t have any cups so we can’t give you water”... went through the drive through again and ordered a coke no problem. Just tonight we went and waited nearly 15 minutes at the mic with no answer before we drove to the window, where the employee was shocked to hear that no one had answered the mic. At least she promptly turned on the mic and took the order of a car behind us before taking our order (after we had already waited far too long...) and got no apology after. Worst Macdonald’s in town.

They don’t even deserve one star!!! How ridiculous that the manager n the workers seem least bothered ! No words of apology for not being able to serve food! Came in on Thursday(30/03/218)night and the workers were not even ready to speak to us or serve ! The self order machines didnt print receipts !
