Fiesta Mexicana Restaurante & Cantina

If i could give no stars, I would. My family and I made a reservation to eat here last night. We drove all the way in from Logan Lake to specifically eat there because we have heard good things. When we arrived and walked through the door they were completely scatter brained, given it was valentines day, but there were 3 servers on duty, and one lady who was manning the front???? but was just sitting on her phone the whole time. If you've ever been in there, there is only about 12 tables max. 3 servers is more then enough. We got sat down. got given our menus and our server walked off. fine. There was a couple to our right, and then another table who sat down after us to our left. The table who sat down to our left was asked if they wanted some drinks about 5 minutes after they sat down, while we were still waiting.. about 15 minutes later the table to the left put their order in, meanwhile the people to my right still hadn't ordered (which they were before us) and we Still hadn't gotten our drink order taken. another 5 minutes goes by and the table to our right finally puts their food order in. GREAT! Still no one had come over to our table and asked if we wanted any drinks to start.. The kitchen staff was just standing around not doing much with no orders in, (despite the FULL restaurant) stirring their drinks with their fingers.. So here were are almost a half hour in and both tables beside us had been served and NO ONE had come over to check on us. After a half hour I actually just packed up my family and walked out. No one even noticed... This is completely unacceptable service. I have worked in there service industry for many years so i know some days can get crazy, but this was absolutely not ok. especially since we ended up walking out UN-noticed WITH a reservation. I will NEVER be stepping foot in this place or recommending it to others i know, which is a shame because we have been wanting to go here for a while now. Keep up that "service" and door will be closed anytime.

Very bad service. Not authentic by any means. Over cooked cheap ingredients. How could the food network recognize this as a place to eat. I make better tacos from a $10 taco kit at home. And in half the time it took for me to get my food served. Save yourself a 100 to eat here if you have a family of four.

If I could give no stars I would. Sat down at 1:00, and not a person was in there, all the tables were dirty and sticky, there was old dried up food stuck in the seat crevasses and the floors hadn't been swept in a long time. Food was terrible, bland and over cooked and out of several items. Used to come here all the time, but apparently the new owners were more concerned with facetime calls and checking their phones than dealing with a customer service issue. The poor server was left holding the bag and did the best he could. No support from the owners. From now on I'll go to Quilas or Senior Froggy before I come back here.

Worst food and service I have ever experienced. This is the first time I have ever posted a bad review but this was absolutely terrible. Starting with the hour long wait for food the kids were restless and offered a coloring book 5 mins before the food was actually brought out. When the food finally arrived after a hour wait our waitress insisted we take a photo with hats on... Super annoying since we were all starving. The people that were just sat next to us received their food in 15 minutes also super annoying! I ordered fish tacos was not even edible so gross the plate was hot making the tortilla stick to it ripping and tearing. I told the waitress it was terrible with combination of the wait I wanted it removed from the bill. She ignored me and brought us a cheap dessert made of chips? And then gave us a containor of chips with a small amount of beef on them. We left it on the table. I would never go back I would never recommend it to anyone. Nothing about this place is authentic if you are craving Mexican I suggest a $6 taco kit save yourself $94. Rather then visit this disaster of a restaurant.

I like it, Good Mole. It is surprisingly well decorated once you are inside. Nice Atmosphere. Good portions, you do not go home hungry.
