Great food and service. Happy every time we come here. After being here a few times now... I like it even more. Did not realize the Carlos & Kelly brand were elsewhere and happy there are. Great happy hour deals and even better birthday deal. Before 4pm $20 towards meal and after 4pm $30! (Must bring 1 other paying person). Great locations and from what I have seen so far are wheelchair accessible as well.

Great patio. Giving views of the Okanagan. I only had appetizers. Not able to really comment on the food. It is a good place to spend some time with a group of friends. Friendly servers and good service.

Food was not bad but it wasn't extra really. The flavors not great but it taste good when you have a couple drinks. The drink menu is way too big and not a single bartender can make a good flavor cocktail. The place is nice and very trendy and located downtown which is nice but the place is lacking in every way.

On the plus side - great view upstairs, good service. Menu is all Pub - very little to eat if you don't want deep fried and heavy. I did have the hamburger and it was pretty disappointing - frozen puck pattie for $17? Others food looked better.

Menu with lots of variety, has a great patio, or a covered patio area for those who melt in direct sunlight. Staff are very friendly and helpful, appetizers are delicious, and the menu has variety without being crazy with too many choices. Beef dip is really the best in Kelowna, bar none.
