Jamie was my my server when i went to earls last week! She was so warm and kind and served my cousin and I and did an amazing job. she was more than willing to help us pick out some really great food! Food was amazing atmosphere is just as awesome. only complaint is i wish i knew the tonic water would be on the side of my vodka tonic, other than that everything was exceptional

Have been to this Earl's numerous times for lunch and for dinner. Last time was a Saturday night for dinner. Sat at a booth by the window. Nice view of the lake and the sunset. But the background noise in this place is just out of control.. There is a need for some sort of partitions or plants or walls or something. Could not even hear someone sitting across the table from me talking. I am fully aware of being in a public space and the noise generated by 100 plus people eating but I would also hope the owners of this restaurant would be aware of this aspect also. But it appears not. If I was in a bar or pub I could handle the noise but not where I am eating.Have been going to different Earl's locations now for over 20 years now and the growing trend appears to be making the selection on their menus smaller and smaller. Waitering staff was fine should also be pointed out that the restaurant is on the second floor and the only choice was to take the stairs that I could see (you might want to call the restaurant to ensure there is someway to access this location) if you are thinking of bring the elderly or disabled to this location.

We had a large party come here and one server handled us all by herself. I was so impressed. The food was excellent and the views were too!

Breakfast service on Sunday morning was very slow. Food was good. Generally service and food is very good.

Unfortunately service was poor. Told it would be 45-1 hour but after 2 hours checked in and told they dialed the wrong number to inform the table was ready. Ordered appys but after such a long wait to have meal ordered, too tired to eat at 11 pm and left. Great view 🙄
