We rented the banquet room here for a large anniversary party and we had a great time! The restaurant allowed us to come in early to put up decorations and was very accommodating to all of our needs. We had some unexpected guests show up and the staff was happy to quickly set extra tables for them. The servers made sure everyone had what they needed. Our party was effortless because the staff made sure everyone was happy. I would definitely book another party here in the future.

We have been going for years as my grandparents really enjoy having their birthdays here. The food has always been okay but the service has declined over time. We went on new years eve 2017 for my grandfather's birthday and it was horrible. We were a party of twelve people and they messed up on the orders (it was a bit confusing so not a major issue) the food took 45 minutes to arrive was all cold, the silverware had dried food on it. The lady serving us was no where to be found when we wanted drink refills. They also have horrible parking which when the food was okay could be ignored but now no. I will never go back after this most recent issue as it is not worth the headache or unsatisfactory meal

Ordered veggie noodle nest and sweet and sour chicken. Order took over an hour to arrive. Was cold. When opened the container saw the veggie nest had prawns. Called the restaurant. They said “no problem, no extra charge” said “no, my boyfriend is deathly allergic, so we can’t eat it”. Their response was “ I’m sorry”. That was it. Paid for it. It was cold. Couldn’t eat it. Not wat we ordered. But... they were sorry. And that’s where it ended. They obviously don’t care at are oblivious to allergies. Don’t order from them!!!

avoid, once a great chinese restaurant ( in fact best in kelowna) however it was sold late 2017. the new owner reduced portion size, changed all the sauces, lower quality meats. Taste so different now. They are too cheap...Its more like mediocre generic chinese now.

First time there. The food and service was the best I have had in Kelowna... maybe the Okanagan!
