Went in to get food and use the bathroom. The place has signs all over the place saying that orders may take longer due to new staff being trained; understandable. But you have to have a purchase receipt in your hand to use the bathrooms. Anyone would understand that I don’t have time to wait in the long line of customers (that are being served very slowly) to but something first. Then what, do I bring my food in with me to the bathroom? Or just leave it on a table? I was dressed presentable and very polite, so I think that could allow to dispel the idea that I would do doubtful things in the bathroom. Not impressed.

Might be the new younger staff but messed up my order a couple times, noticed when I got home. Prefer the service from the staff who have been there longer. I notice a big difference in service.

I ordered the 7 dollar meal deal. I like this meal when I am low on cash. Quality is always consistent and it is just enough food for me. My only complaint is that I find the fries to be colourless and undercooked so lately I have been ordering the onion rings which are always cooked properly. It is a good meal for the price, I would recommend it for people on a budget who want some fast food.

Best soft ice-cream ever. Burgers and shakes are awesome too
