We did not have much time this Saturday night because my daughter and I wanted to go to the movies. Within one hour we enjoyed fantastic service from Brittany and one of the best meals ever, beef tenderloin with tempura shrimps with an incredible sauce, These cooks are the best. My daughter is vegetarian and had a very tasteful salad. Overall one of the best dining experiences in a long time.

Fabulous service, great energy and the Alfredo Penne with chicken was to die for. Full Caesar Salad is enough to share. Beautiful evening out!!

We really don’t think there is a better pasta restaurant in Kelowna. Although there are other items on the menu when we think of the Fixx it’s a variety of pasta dishes that comes to mind. The dishes are large, flavourful and rich. Make sure you make a reservation as this restaurant is rather small and fills up most nights. The only negative is that because this place is so popular it’s very busy and what looks like a bare bones staff has a hard time keeping up. All in all though the Fixx is a must if you are looking for great dishes that will fill you up.

I tend to avoid higher price menus but this place is a must try. Everything from the decor to the dessert. Serving staff was phenomenal, we got served by the head chef at one point. And every plate was squeegeed clean.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars for our most recent experience, I would. We have supported this locally owned and operated restaurant for years and attended there numerous times for many fine dining experiences. Last night we attended and two individuals in our party of four got extremely sick within hours of leaving the restaurant (they ate the same thing). I phoned to let them know (not asking for compensation) as a courtesy call. The owner returned my call denying that it could be their food. She stated that it takes at least 12 hours for food poisoning to effect an individual (I'd suggest Melanie check her sources as government websites and physicians BOTH disagree). She further stated that the staff are all Food Safe certified, and that they follow stringent Interior Health guidelines. Great- I appreciate this but there is still a margin of error know matter how hard everyone tries. Her final remark was to tell me exactly how many of the dish in question were ordered and that no one else had phoned. This does not necessarily mean no one else got sick! What irks me more is that this woman identified herself as the owner and had no response other than denial. Not the best customer service-if fact, not customer service at all! I would suggest that an appropriate response may be more along the lines of "we're sorry this happened, we do follow stringent food safe and interior health guidelines, thank you for letting us know and we'll look into it further." Instead it was complete and utter denial. Unfortunately due to the nature of how this was handled, we (and others in our professional circle) will not be returning any time soon. I'm told there are new owners and perhaps this explains the blatant disregard for our concerns and the lower quality of food.
