My husband and I got married at the Loft on NYE 2017. Kirsten, Amy and the entire staff at Earls were phenomenal to deal with. The food, the professionalism, the service... everything was absolutely perfect. I 100% recommend this venue for any upcoming events you might be planning.

Normally a pretty reasonable place and have been there quite a few times, but had a really bad experience last night. Waited quite a while to have even a drink order taken, then a long time to have them arrive. Had to ask for water (not a biggy, probably better for the environment to not automatically give it). Meal came out, then a couple minutes later the appetizer came out. Manager came to apologize and explained how he was running the expo due to staff problems, said he would take the appetizer off the bill (didn't eat it). Server never came by to check on things during the meal, or to ask if more drinks were wanted (they were) or to refill water (I had to walk up to the bar and ask for a glass of water from the bartender). Finished meal and sat for a fair bit of time waiting for the Server to come by. It was very shocking to me, but I watched the Server actually sit down at not just one, but two different tables to talk to the guests for a few minutes each. Granted I haven't worked in the industry for many, many years, but this used to be very taboo "in my day". Maybe it's okay to do now? Server finally came by to clear the table, I asked for the bill as I was unsure when they would come back. Bill came and sure enough appetizer was still on the bill. Server never came back to the table. Paid the full bill (including appetizer) in cash and left without bothering to complain about it as nobody seemed to really care much. With all due respect (and I do mean that), I don't really care if there are staff issues that cause managers to have to fill in on expo. As a guest, I don't need to know or even want to know about Earl's staffing issues. If only one or even two problems happened, I probably wouldn't be writing a review. If the server had done a great job checking the table, I wouldn't have had any issue with them sitting down at other guests tables with them. If the appetizer was removed from the bill, I wouldn't have been as disappointed by not receiving it before the meal. If I would have had the opportunity to have another drink or two, it wouldn't have been as bothersome to have to get water from the bartender, etc.. Suffice to say, even though I live on the same block, I won't ever be back. I'm sure lots of other customers have great experiences and that's wonderful for them and I hope their great experiences continue. This is pretty much text book for how a restaurant permanently loses a customer though.

Excellent two level location. To be honest I was only here for drinks but their selection of beer on tap is a nice mix of exports and local. They offered amazing service despite hosting a large crowd of my friend's co-workers. The snacks that were offered were delicious and really just a sample of their great food. Highly recommend

This was a really nice Earl's. Good fun atmosphere with friendly servers. I ordered the blackened chicken with ribs and they were cooked perfectly. Earl's is always consistent with their food and service. This location is very busy so try to get a reservation or be patient waiting for a table.

Wow! I loved this place. I went for their brunch special which is an incredible value. I was visiting from out of town so it was nice to be with all the locals in the area and the place was full. Nevertheless I waited only about 5min to get a place and the staff are super friendly and professional. The food took some time to be ready and after about 25min my waiter came and apologized for the wait. Then after 5 minutes the manager of the restaurant came and also apologized and offered me a free drink while I continue to wait. I really didn't mind because I was not in a hurry and I was really enjoying the atmosphere while watching the Olympics on the many screens they have. But I was very impressed by their professionalism and keeping me informed without me having to ask.
