We stopped in here for a quick bite. The exterior of the building almost scared me away. We both ordered the lunch special which was minestrone soup and grilled cheese sandwich this particular day. Absolutely everything was homemade. I mean the soup, even the bread for the sandwiches. Large portions, real cheddar cheese. A small menu, dated decor, but the absolute best homemade soup and sandwich I have ever eaten. Words cannot describe how good this food is. Simple, unpretentious, homemade goodness. Just remember to bring cash because they don't take your fancy plastic cards.. lol

Absolutely delicious. Best bread and desserts! Mile high lemon meringue pie and the biggest cinnamon buns I've ever seen, they're a meal in itself! Don't miss this place, definitely worth the stop!

What a great place. Was travelling through and the reviews said it had an amazing clubhouse - they were so right. I am a clubhouse freak and it was the best clubhouse I have ever had - by far. Fresh bread, fresh roasted turkey - it was amazing. When I'm back in BC, I will be sure to go back again
