Paid $16 for maybe $3 worth of food. They can't tell the difference between Vermicelli and egg noodles. I ordered Curry pad Thai, got a quarter cup of egg noddles, 4 pieces of shredded chicken, one of which was just cartilage and a couple pieces of pepper the size you would give your 2 year old. The plate was hotter than the meal. Regular small coffee: $3

They forgot to stock pastries so I had an average breakfast bagel (instant egg, thin ham, good sauce though). While I was working from the cafe and listening to a conference call, they questioned my activities and made insinuations of illegal downloads. My screen was facing the counter so they could see the presentations and I was on ShawOpen, not even theirs! No apology when I showed even more clearly what I was doing. Frankly insulting, I want to support smaller shops but I've never been hassled at Starbucks.

Pathetic! I had the smoked salmon crepe and it was the worst. I got 2 flat, empty crepes with 5 little chipped pieces of dry smoked? salmon and it came with a big, cold dollup of sour cream on each, so none of it was warm. It was so tasteless and I felt robbed of my $14. This was a wonderful place but the new owner has taken it straight downhill. I will never go back.

The BEST chai lattes! Indian chai - not just syrup. The food is also amazing. The staff are amazing. Just amazing. I always recommend it as a place to go to friends and family. :)

After going regularly for many years, we went once for breakfast shortly after the new owners took over and were very disappointed. We have not been back since.
