Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Service was prompt, staff courteous, food great. There are a wide range of options on the menu for nearly every palette or preference. The wait can be a bit long. I recommend going around 7-7:30

Hostess was very polite and got seats right away. At the time that we were there they had 3 birthdays and we're all happy to go out and sing the traditional Red Robin's birthday song. And on your birthday you get a free Burger don't forget. Delicious

Great food and service. Burgers and tasty and reasonable. Other entries portions can be a bit smaller. Very friendly and didn't have to wait long, even on mother's day.

Red Robin is usually the same no matter what location you go to. The food is good, but the staff are not the brightest bulbs in the closet. I went to the location in Langley today, and I was with my mother as I had decided to take her out for lunch. We were seated at a table, and within a couple of minutes I found that the table with sticky. I suggested we move to the table beside us, but it was exactly the same thing. You touch it and your fingers would stick to the table. Then after you touch the table your fingers were still sticky. I called the waitress over and started to explain to her the problem and was just starting to tell her that we were going to move to the next table, but she was more interested in talking over me then she was in listening to me and told me sure, move to the next table. I suggested rather than talking over me, she should listen to what I was telling her. I told her that both tables were sticky. She seemed more than a little bit irritated that I told her to listen to what I was saying rather than talk over me. So I asked her if she could please wipe it down. She did, and it was absolutely no better after her wiping it down that it was before she did. A couple of minutes later some manager or supervisor comes by and I mentioned it to her as well, and she said they had just started using some new cleaner and I suggested maybe that was the problem. So she wipes her down with something and it's still not better. I asked if we could be moved to another table and she said sure, and began to lead us to another table. Then she literally just walks away from us before were seated. I'm looking around thinking what the hell? So after standing there for a few seconds, we realize she wasn't coming back and we just went and seated ourselves. And guess what? The tables exactly the same as the other ones. Clearly the cleaning solution that they were using was stripping the finish off the table and making it tacky. Anyway, we ordered a couple of burgers and fries, and had their mud pie for dessert. I like the food at red Robin, but honestly the employees always seem to be either did see kids, or clueless adults. Not always, but enough that it really limits the amount of times that I would go there. If people were more on the ball at this restaurant, I'd probably go there more often as there's one down the street from me.

Typical red robin. Good food,good value milkshakes are amazing. Kids love coming here. Keep up them great work.
