The food is fantastic. I had two Buddy burgers with cheese . The buns were hot, the burgers were succulent and the cheddar made a real difference. The mugs of ice cold root beer with free refills was joyous. The staff were friendly. But the dining experience is blase. It's just not very welcoming in A&W restaurants. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Probably by far one of the best trained staff to all the A&W chain that we've been to. The management is definitely doing something right by hiring friendly staff. It makes you feel like you are eating at a restaurant and not a fast food chain store. I feel like the service is better than a lot of restaurants I've been to.

Deserves 0 stars. Just came from this place. Get home with the order and the papa cheese turns out to be a mama cheese. We get to this place and there is a young caucasian Male at the front who makes no eye contact and is clueless and the so called supervisor Jenna who puts on more make up then get orders correct who should be checking orders as they go out but doesn't. We asked for a fresh order but that didn't happen either. What nonsense service and mediocre food from mediocre staff. By the way "owner" the food was terrible and I don't think you have good food by the way.

Serving staff were extremely friendly. Ordered two Teen burgers and a root beer. Food was great and budget friendly.

Great burger, fresh and tasty. Now they just need to work on their fries. Nobody wants half warm, wilted, tasteless potatoes to go with an awesome burger.
