This place was so clean and the service and food were second to none! With a vast menu I didn't know what to choose but Kim, the waitress was very helpful and we loved it! Would not hesitate in highly recommending this place. The manager (whose name escapes me!) Was superb. He is a huge asset to the company.

Good customer service! Quick to receive our food! I ordered the "crazy spicy skillet" I must say the food does not live up to the name. although tasty I did not find it spicy the least bit until I put Frank's Red Hot sauce on it. All in all it was good food for a good price and good service. I would come back!

It was my first visit in this location. My friends were talking about this. It is an upscale Denny's with fancy washroom, nice minimal decor, the staff there were friendly and the food came out fast and delicious. I really enjoyed my visit. Not only the place was nice, it was also upbeat. I saw lots of students studying and taking advantage of their unlimited wifi - I can see myself doing the same. I will definitely come back. It is definitely one of my favorites spots.

I asked for a sweetened ice coffee the waitress abruptly asked if we were ready to order or just the ice coffee and I said no we are not ready to order, just the iced coffee for now please. She comes back with my iced coffee which was unsweetened. I asked if she could remake me one that was sweetened and she argued with me saying that she added the sweetener so I asked again if she could make me one that was sweeter she said okay but it will taste the same. I asked to just add a little more sweetener but she was so rude about this whole interaction I asked the manager if we could have a new waitress he said yes I will go talk to her. We never got a new waitress and she came back with my iced coffee and said try it now. There goes her tip. Her name is Kim I would not recommend her at all!

Arrived after the breakfast rush. Asked for a table for 5, they tried to seat us at a 4 person booth and were confused why I said we won't fit.. once seated elsewhere, asked what we wanted to drink but I guess automatic waters aren't expected as well with your meal anymore? Went through 2 cups of coffee waiting over 45 minutes for food. There were several servers working and within that time I couldn't even flag one down to ask what is taking so long. Food arrives. Plates are warm but food is not, bacon was literally half the size of normal bacon. When asking for more they agreed and don't know why it's so small but didn't offer to bring more for everyone that ordered bacon, only the person that mentioned it. They only offered to refill those of us with coffees, and not once offered to refill the other drinks. They then bring our bills and tell us to just come to the front to pay... even though there's so many of them, it's dead slow and they can easily just come to us with a machine unless I guess they're having technical wireless machine issues, but based on this experience I feel it was just further laziness. Never going to this location again, this was the last straw from several crappy experiences.
