Mediocre in every way possible. The dishes and cups were dirty. The table was sticky. My daughter's meal had wilted old veggies. The drinks were 90% ice. The service was slow and rude. I honestly can't think of anything nice to say about this place. Actually no, the interior was nice. Everything else is a let down. And when we went someone had vomited just outside the entrance.

Was a regular until was served wrong meal during my lunch break, returned it, was made to pay almost full price even though I returned it and got no replacement. Was asked if this was ok and I said NO. I still had to pay. They lost my business for good.

Okay so, if you want to know whether or not you should come here, my advice is, just do not! Came over here a few weekends ago and I'm still shocked. The waitress gave average service but it was clear that she tried her best, so hence the two starts. Decor was nothing special but it's to be expected from these chains. My biggest shock are the chefs cooking. Mostly because my boyfriend ordered ribs and there was no BBQ sauce at all. It was all just dried up and seemed like was left out to dry from earlier. All the bread and vegetables that came with our meals were obviously left out for a few hours and then microwaved. When you fry even OLD bread with butter it comes out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This bread was stale. It was definitely left out. The vegetables were overcooked, cold and tasteless -another sign of being left out and thrown in the microwave for a few seconds. The only thing that was good was my steak. Good thing I had good company or else there would have been nothing worth staying for. Note for the manager: I sent a review on the website too.

Not only was the service bad, but my grandmother was given soup in a cracked bowl. When she pointed this out to the waitress the waitress decided, instead of doing the right thing and owning up to the error, argued with my grandmother about the bowl being cracked. She did not deserve the tip that had already been prepaid. I will happily never eat there again.
