My main complaint with this kfc location is that every time we have ordered a box meal they are out of something. Usely cookies or salads. So sometimes you get substituted gravy but most of the time they just don't give you one item. Otherwise your average kfc.

Say what you like except that you weren't warned. The one across the road will take better care of you; it's worth heading there instead. My family has never had good service in the mall location. I just ordered a bucket that was two thirds drumsticks. After the complaining I was given a bucket that was half drumsticks. If you want any white meat in your bucket, prepare to fight for it. My wife's past complaints to KFC fall on deaf ears. I keep hoping they'll improve but they just burned us again.

Im editing my last review and upping the stars from 1 to 4..... Over xmas i had a 4 pc dinner after shopping in the mall and it was really good. The chicken was fresh cooked hot and tasty and the young lady who served me was friendly and polite. Im retracting my last review and leaving this much better one as clearly the people there are making an effort to make their customers happy and i'm thankful for being a benefactor of that.
