I hadn't been here in about 6 years because of a terrible experience with the management of this place (we had waited and hour and a half for our breakfast only to received cold, dried out food - the pancakes were so dry they cracked- and the manager did nothing about it...didn't even take anything off our bill.) So I finally caved last Friday and went for dinner. My husband ordered the 12oz prime rib. The cut that he was served was disgusting. It was literally about 2/3 fat - inedible. He mentioned this to the server who apologized and got the "manager". She arrived and said that she "asked the cook and he said it was normal but just to satisfy you I can give you $3 off your bill".. What a joke. The managers here aren't actually managers - they clearly have no authority to do anything and if you have to talk to your cook to figure out how to deal with a complaint, then you are no manager. We all know that prime rib has fat in it, but not the amount that this piece had. We will never go back.. but at least I finally got to prove to my husband the reason I have refused to go here all these years - obviously nothing has changed...other than their sales volume since there used to be constant line up at this location and we just walked right in on a friday night to a half full restaurant.

I don't normally write reviews but I thought I would share this one. My food was prompt and hot and very good (fish and chips) which would lead me to give 3 stars... the other two stars are for the service. I had two different servers Katy and Casey I believe there was a shift change in there. I gotta say the most pleasant and friendly service I have had in a long time anywhere. I'm glad I went there today and hope these two employees get some sort of recognition. I will certainly be back.

Despite advising staff and managers at this restaurant three times that the straps on their highchairs have been installed incorrectly, making them absolutely unusable not to mention dangerous, nothing has been done to rectify this. I'm writing this in hopes that this will persuade someone to get out a screwdriver so it doesn't take a baby falling out and getting injured or worse to make the bozo staff do something. Also $8.99 for a kids Lasagna about the size of a post-it!? Substandard food, second-rate service, a baby death trap and the normal crappy kids menu. Also the thermostat has been set to comfort the other 50% of the normal clientele, who can be seen enjoying their liver and onions while the rest of us are frantically removing layers. I had an epiphany after this experience and have decided to take my children to nice restaurants regardless of the inevitable stink-eyes we'll surely get, because they deserve to eat good food and not suffer the unappealing stodgy offerings served up by the likes of these "family friendlies".

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Food was absolutely disgusting! I get everyone has had their own experiences at this place, but ours was so bad we are most defiantly not going back. They used to have amazing food, now it’s soggy, overly salty and looks completely unappealing. My Fiancé even had to send his Beer back it tasted so bad and was flat. Not only that we spent the night throwing up from the disgusting food. Even witnessed a waitress placing down cutlery with her hands touching the top parts (which should always be handled from the bottom) and could hear people behind us complaining as well. They used to be amazing, and we were even told this was not the first complaint. Also HUGE RANT to the nasty Manager who hung up on my Fiancé twice, and was extremely rude when he was just trying to explain what happened. Would not recommend this place!
